October 2021 Music Newsletter: Live Shows, Lessons & First Demo

"My oh my, what a wonderful day we're having.

Why oh why are we looking for a way outside it?" - Punch Brothers

Hi everyone,

September was an absolutely crazy month full of music of all styles and in all sorts of places. From singing and playing several weddings and returning to live services at my weekly church job in Bridgeport, to shows across the state with my bluegrass band On the Trail and finishing the recording of my first demo ever, the month was both exhausting and rewarding. October should prove to be just as packed as the world holds firm to staying open and keeping those much needed spaces open for us artists.

New things this month:

- There are still time slots available for anyone looking for private lessons. The flyer and details for those lessons are available on my Services section of the website.

- I've booked my first solo show on November 4th at the Sugar Hollow Taproom in Danbury, CT from 8-10PM! This event may also be live-streamed via one of my social media pages for those who cannot physically make it, so stay tuned for an update on that.

- My first demo of an original song is finally finished and I'm thinking of having a small little livestream to show it to everyone, talk about the inspiration behind it, and play a few songs. More news on this to come in a separate email.

Thanks again for being a part of this incredibly exciting new phase in my journey. Things like auditions are back in a big way as well, so hopefully there will be some shows to add to the calendar on that front in the coming months. Otherwise, I'm glad as always to have you on board for this journey and cannot wait to share more with you.

Best,

Charlie
